Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of LD. 185/99, LD. 206/05; the information for the conclusion of the contract will be submitted art. 12 of the LD. 70/03 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be submitted to the rules under LD. 196/03.

Products purchased, together with the relevant invoice, are sent by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering online.
Caffetorre.com guarantees the delivery of the goods within 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of receipt of the confirmation of the ‘transaction occurred.
In the case of non-delivery to the absence of the recipient, the address indicated by him in the order, the courier will leave a notice and try again a second time; if the recipient proves still absent, the goods will be returned to the sender (Caffetorre.com).


Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must immediately check their status and compliance.

The goods must be returned to the condition it was sent free of defects and complete the original packaging and all the accessories included in the package purchase. Under Article. 5 DL 185/1999, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference to VAT), has right to terminate the purchase contract, without assigning any reason and without penalty.

The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
The law applies to product purchased in its entirety; it can be exercised only on the withdrawal of the product purchased (eg. one of the components of a kti); the law does not apply to products once opened; The products must be returned intact and in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and ancillary equipment).
The original packaging must be inserted into a second box, showing the RMA (return authorization code); should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or tape directly on the original product packaging.
By law, the shipping fees for the return of the asset are charged to the customer; the shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the responsibility of the customer; if the goods are damaged during transport, Caffetorre.com will inform the client (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouse), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier and obtain a refund of the value good (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request for withdrawal.
Upon his arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damages not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Caffetorre.com will subtract a refund to be determined at a flat rate.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original, Caffetorre.com will refund the customer the amount already paid as quickly as possible and within 30 days of the request for withdrawal, by transfer of the amount charged credit card or by bank transfer. In the latter case, the Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which the reimbursement.

The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Caffetorre.com finds:
– The lack of external and / or internal packaging;
– The absence of product components;
– Damage to the product for reasons other than transportation.
In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Caffetorre.com will return to sender the property purchased by charging the same shipping costs.
